question about a o/c card

Question about this o/c card. Purchased this about a year ago; don't know why. Do you think I could resubmit this and get an 8 or 8.5 NQ? ; or is the card too o/c - T/B for an 8. Thanks

Great looking card , but the tilt hurts my eyes.

I think at best you have an 8 but most likely a 7 if you asked for no Q's.
