Positive dealer experience

I bought a $65 dollar coin from David Lawrence Rare Coins and received it today (4 days from my purchase...shipped across the country!) Along with the coin (which was beautiful) came a free book, a fancy DLRC/DGS pen, and a thank you letter. The letter recognized that this coin was my first purchase with them, and they explained their gratitude.
Now that's excellent customer service! Way to go DLRC.

<< <i>I've been very satisfied with the service from DLRC. That free book has some neat and humorous stories. >>
Indeed it did. I like how since it was printed in 2000 he quotes silver at $5... sigh, if only I was into PM's at the time!!!!
merse
One reason that I like DLRC is that their pictures are not the best - the coins usually look better in hand.

I was just about to say that, so I'll just add...

not to hijack but brian wagner is on top of my list too as he maybe specialized in matte proof lincolns but he's top notch on many levels of it.
hey when a minnow like me has someone looking out for me...i'm impressed
NEN are good folks in my book. I have never actually bought from them, either, but have drooled over some of their inventory and won a really nice slabbed 1800 British maundy penny in a giveaway one of their guys did, a while back.
