crossover question

Is it worth it to have coins graded by a third tier service that costs less and then crossover the coin?

It'll cross less than 50% of the time probably.
Positive BST transactions with: too many names to list! 36 at last count.

No. It would be of no benefit that I can see.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

Plan on at least a 2-point drop for the majority of Mint State coins in 3rd tier holders, and a substantial amount of bodybags for coins that are deemed to have problems and won't cross at any grade. For circulated coins the outlook is even more grim. I'm still waiting for my first coin to cross at the same grade in a 3rd tier holder, although I did get one to do it when I cracked it out and sent it in raw.
    When in doubt, don't.
