    Yup all those first round draft picks have done well for the Rays.

    There is an awful lot of talent on that team. They even had some big injuries but nothing could stop the team of destiny.

    Im pulling for a Cubs/Rays series.

    Hard to believe that the team that's first in payroll (Yankees; $207M) will be playing golf this October because they let the team that's next-to-last in payroll ($47M; about 1 1/2 years of A-Rod alone) beat them in the division. I guess we really don't need that salary cap or luxury tax after all.

    Good luck to the Rays and their quest at a World Series, though my wife's Red Sox might have something to say about that.

    GREAT job by the Rays. Any team that upends the Sox is OK by me. Too bad the Rays won't be able to upend the Sox again in the playoffs as the Angels will wipe their a&& with the Sox retreads.

    I would love to see some love for Longoria for MVP (I know he won't win) to go along with the ROY and a World Series Championship

    Here is hoping that the Rays are the last team standing this October!
