    I've been dealing personally with ICCS for over 10 years.

    Pros......great people
    great service
    strict and consistent grading

    Cons......no website

    They also never return calls! I've left at least 3 messages this last month and none have been returned. I guess business is too damned good for them right now...

    I didn't even know they had an answering service. (no sarcasm intended)

    Their hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 2pm.

    Closed weekends.
