08 Topps Baseball complete set?

I was at Target tonight and saw 2 '08 complete sets that looked different. They were about $30 in difference. The only significant difference I could find was that one had a piece of Mantle's sock or something in a card. Is that the only reason for the price difference you think? Is that card really worth the upgrade?
