Neat dual postal and fiscal usage on same document

First one of these I've encountered. At first glance it just looks like a garden-variety envelope from the mid 19th-century that someone cut open.

Upon closer examination it is actually a folded letter, also fairly common (unfortunately it was opened by cutting off one end of the envelope/document):

However, flipping it over reveals that it is also a receipt with revenue stamp attached, and a lovely socked-on-the-nose handstamped cancel:

It's a shame that it was opened in such a way that cut off the end, but it's still a neat item.
