Unquestionably the single most attractive lightly circulated 1837 Seated Half Dime I have ever laid my eyes upon. Holy crapoly this baby is fracking smokin'!!! Too rich for my blood but gadzooks man, It's got me damn near giddy just looking at it image

    It's a very nice looking example, but I still think it's missing something to give it that umph I would want.

    I would grade it AU-55 at best.

    I grade it XF45, PCGS graded it AU50. In the eye appeal scale it's 100% completely off the charts for the grade range in my opinion. image

    I don't own it bro image. I guess I could see it going 50 if the luster called for it. Can't really tell luster in the pics so maybe the graders who had it in hand saw that luster.
