Besides the fact that there's no such thing? There are mylar flips like Saflips and prolar polyester flips like Saf-T-Flips.
"Vinyl" as we think of it is a plastic made from polyvinyl chloride - it's made softer and more flexible with a plasticizer. Regular, soft, 'vinyl' flips, are made from PVC and damage coins.

I use them as well. You can also get the 2.5 X 2.5 submission flips and about anything else there.
