Need help with a DC#

Anyone have a delivery confirmation number for 89031 zip code?
I have a complete idiot who does not contact me, gives me negative feedback, files ebay and paypal complaints/alerts against me over a $5 card. Any help is appreciated. I did not put DC on the card, since it was $5, but this guy is so insane, it makes me sick.

Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

Don't you think it's kinda slimy to give the guy a DC# for someone else?

I would just refund and move on 5.00 is not worth committing fraud yourself. You do not know for a fact the buyer did not get the item.

The online printed ones do. He's looking for one that was delivered in that zip code so he can use it as proof of delivery for paypal. USPS will show it delivered in the zip code he shipped to.

I must concur.
BUT, I certainly understand what motivates sellers to want to fight back
against the RAMPANT frauds that are being perpetrated against them by
the SCUM that EBAY and PayPal have enabled.
................................
There are NO circumstances that DC should NOT be used, UNLESS the
seller is willing to cheerfully convert the sale to a free-gift.
And, there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to be selling cheap-stuff on ebay.
(delcampe.com and ebid.net NOW both have enough traffic to peddle
cheap stuff on.)
<< <i>ebid and decampe do not cater to what most sellers on Ebay sell though. >>

I wrote the wrong addy for ebid.
ebid.net

delcampe has some of the most serious collectors on the planet.
All kinds of collectibles are featured; if a seller wants a new category,
all he has to do is ask for it.
17-million listings is a bunch.
Probably not worth the bother, but this "fool" gave me a neg for nothing, and since this is the 2nd such idiot this year. (The other gave me a neg, despite my fighting with Ebay, and proving the DC) If some other seller did not need the delivery confirmation number, that was all I was hoping for.

Several folks have opened disposable IDs for the sole purpose
of exposing the FB-changes as the disaster they are. They leave
NEGs like the one you noted above.
