Dynolite problem 32 bit os PROBLEM SOLVED

Well my laptop was 3 years old, slow and full so I purchased a new one with a hugh hard drive and speed faster than Longacre leaving a coin show when the bullets start flying
.. now when this dynolite was introduced on here I bought the cheapy version and loved it so much I got the better improved version, so I go to load the software in the new computer and NOTHING.. well I send an email to dynolite and their programs only work on a 32bit operating system and they have no support for the new 64 bit systems. A polite tough luck but a kiss off just the same... so now I'm stuck with 2 dynolites ( which I do love ) because of a programming problem on their end... I guess I'm just a little peeved because of the way I got kissed off, I know a bunch of you guys have these and wanted to make you aware of this if you were getting a new computer. For the quick fix I kept my old computer and networked it with the new one to share the files but you would think either the OS (windows vista) or dynolite would have some sort of update to make these compatable....
rant over.....

rant over.....
If you can't swim you better stay in the boat.......

<< <i>Not sure who you are upset at? I am sure when people start running 64 bit systems in mass, they will update their software. If you would have checked into the issue before you purchased an incompatible system, you could have avoided the issue entirely. >>
Monday morning quarterbacking is so easy!!

actually I'm upset with myself.... this is something I didn't consider when I purchsed the computer. It would have been one thing if I were going from mac to windows but being a computer idiot I figured windows is windows.
This post is part rant but mostly to make others aware of the issue and learn from my oversight.
I am a firm believer in if you have to learn through mistakes ... learn through other people's
<< <i>Get some duct tape and tape the two Dynolites together to make a “bino-lite.” Now, since one of them is 64 bit and their software only supports 32 bit, take a black eye patch and put it over the 64 bit Dynolite. You now have a genuine Pirate Binolite…at least until the issue new software it’s something to do with the extra one. >>
I used the wife's pink duct tape now I have a genuine Gay Pirate Binolite..... maybe I should sell it to somebody in CA where this marriage is legal?
New computers often come with a backup DVD that has both the 32 and 64 bit versions. Worst case contact the manufacturer of you computer and tell them you accidentally got the 64bit OS when you intended the 32 and see if they will send you a new DVD.
the entire Vista OS is the problem...isn't it?
my Vista runs my upgraded Dinolite just fine, after the v.Vista update.
<< <i>So install the 32bit version of windows. Easy fix.

I actually did call they and they told me I would have to purchase the 32bit OS to have it installed on the computer ( acer )
<< <i>regular home Vista OS shouldn't be 64-bit...

vista is made in both 32 and 64 bit, I have the vista home premium 64bit version
<< <i>After contacting dynolite directly instead of the company I purchased it from the problem was resolved .... they do have a download for the 64 bit system yessssssssssss there is a god >>
Glad that worked out. The way a lot of OEMs are doing things, 64bit is slowly increasing in the marketplace.
Note that it is not the OS for drivers unless they are inbox (ie...unless they are part of the OS disk/install). If they are for anything that you have to install yourself, it is ALWAYS external to the OS and there is nothing that the OS maker can do about it.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
