Flowing Hair Dollar Question Re: PCGS Price Guide

I was just looking at the Cert Verification for a 1795 3 Leaves Flowing Hair Dollar in AG3, and it said that the PCGS Price Guide Value was $700. If I was looking for one of these coins, could I reasonably expect to get one for $700 or would it be more like $1,000+?

That's the very coin I was looking up on the PCGS website. I didn't think they were selling for $700, so I just wanted to confirm

Otherwise, these coins don't often come problem free (and slabbed) for under 1k (below AG might be the exception).

The FH design was only minted in 1794 and 1795 so the 1799 mentioned above would be a DB dollar.

edited to add that she's got more meat than the PCGS G4 that sold on Heritage a yr ago yesterday.

How did you sort by date and grade? I've been dreaming of being able to do this for several years!

The "new" search feature allows sorting by date, certification service, grade, auction, featured lots, price realized, sold vs not sold and by featured collection. At first I didn't like the new search engine, but now I use it exclusively. You have to me a member to see the price realized.
