ok so this image made headlines when that mexican drug lord got caught...so now it's used leading someone to believe???

what do you all make of this...does this violate something on ebay???...maybe api infringement of use of their image???

I has thinking the same thing and I don't see any way they could have rights to the image.
I'm a bit stupid about this but do the kids in the Philippines really need help with this.

I call BS on this auction. Fortunately, only two suckers so far. Moreover, the children in the Philippines are probably making the clothes this person's not going to buy, anyway, so the seller is going to support them buy buying himself or herself some clothes.
