Yes it has LasVegasTeddy but that particular coin does not appear to have been altered as it exhibits some good strike luster.
I would expect a coin that had the copper plating removed to bit a bit duller in appearance.
Maybe Mr. Weinberg will catch this thread and offer some expertise.
Please note, my original reply to this thread did not have the OP's coin displayed but only had robecs coin displayed.

Check ebay completed error sales I recall one just ended.
i agree but add the ways described were very coin surface friendly like just in an oven at x temp for x hours
just because it's holdered by no means represents tpg companies could of changed policy too
Fred has a similar one in pcgs 64
There are lot's of altered ones out there.
I think this one was altered and it has less detail but still has some luster in light and if you look close there's some copper specs.

It may have even been zinc plated after the fact.
Only an error expert could tell for certain and that would have to be an "in hand" examination.
