Some observations from the LB Show

Dealers seem to have become very fussy in what they will buy.
It seems that they must have a buyer for a coin before they will
buy it. The coin must be almost a PQ for the grade. Dealers
seem to want only the hot current coin series. This tightning
is usually a sign that dealers and collectors are running tight on cash.

It was the same way in the late summer of 2006. Back then gold was still trying to find it's way back after being hammered in April. Today gold is still looking for direction and the economy itself has everyone guessing as to what's coming next. If gold forges a new path upwards, it will loosen up the purse strings for coins.
