Could be based on "unauthorized use." If so, PP SP covers it, IF you followed the rules.

  • I do not want to say how much right now image because it is irrelevant. Cards were shipped the day after payment was received and this pr*ck gets free cards.

Please tell me you are not referring to the proof of shipment rule.

Well from how Paypal is known to handle these issues you are probably out the money and unless you want to take them to court you will never see it again.

I had this happen once because they though the transaction payment came from a stolen debit card but what I dont understand is since it I used Paypal and under $200 I sould be covered correct?
  • My children may starve over this transaction review if it is reversed.

    You are out $3.74.
  • Like I said, the price was irrelevant. Just irks me that he gets free cards. I hope it was a bank transaction that bounced due to lack of funds and the bank charges him $35 extra.
  • This is ridiculous. I tried to withdraw the $195 in my Paypal account but the WD was denied because of this $3.74 reversal. Apperantly the only way I can close the dispute is to accept responsibility for the reversal since I did not send with delivery confirmation.

Actually Collect Non Sport, but am just so full of myself I post all over the place !!!!!!!
  • That is the exact same thing I got a couple of months back on a 2 month old transaction. It has nothing to do with your buyer, in my case the buyer had nothing to do with it. It is their bank that is doing it. In my case the buyer was never even notified until I contacted him. In my case Paypal put the money back in about 10 days, and I did not have DC or anything for the item.

You cannot withdraw from Paypal if you have any disputes open.

    good luck
