Two MS65RB early Lincoln Cents: TrueView Images

Here are a couple raw coins I just got graded and TrueView'd. Both came back MS65RB!

Love the color on this one. The darker toning on the reverse (don't think this is carbon as it's not raised like typical carbon flecks/spots) may have been what held this back from MS66RB because this one has very few marks whatsoever. That VDB is hammered!


I really like the woodgrain toning on the obverse, and the beautiful sunset colors and luster of the reverse.

Thanks guys, that 1929 is a beauty, no doubt about it. Interesting story about the The 1909 VDB, it was actually a Steve Ivy coin from years ago that finally got slabbed. It was in a little flip with his shop info in Dallas I believe from the mid to late 1980's. It was graded MS65 back then, just as today!
