1836 Capped Bust Half Dime LM-5 question

I've got an 1836 half dime LM-5 that has many issues not listed, but 3 that are prominent. I would appreciate your opinions on them, if possible. Unfortunately, the coin has some damage on the obverse, but still interesting. It appears in at least a couple of things on this coin their were triple strikes to create the incident shown.All of this may be normal, but I just haven't seen it listed in the only book I have on this issue, thus, I am asking for your help.

First, I show the Recut 'D' as is listed in the "Federal Half Dime" book for LM5, only this appears to be another letter was stamped instead of a 'D' then ground and the 'D' restamped(just my opinion):

Then, the recut 'U' with the addition of the 'N' not listed:

And Finally, only the bottom of the three was to be recut, but this one shows most of the three, lower part of the eight and upper part of the 6:
