I wouldn't mind if that were to happen but I don't think it will. Manziel will be gone way before the Cowboys #16 pick unless of course they trade up.
The Cowboy's more pressing needs are on the d-line and lb positions given Sean Lee's injury prone nature and the poor play by the other lb's. That being said, it makes sense for Jerry in his infinite draft knowledge to go after a QB.
