Are Library of Coins albums becoming collector's items in their own right?

Looks to be a rare album. image

  • I think that would be a cool book to work on. Though I also think it would be a cool book to work on if it was a Dansco Album.

A British North American set just seems like it would be a blast to build.

i would say yes. It took me quite a while before i found that album. I bought one off ebay a few years ago. Volume 68 is one of the tougher ones to find. However $200 is a quite a high price. All you need are two bidders that desperately need one. The volumes for bust coins -dimes and quarters and halves and even dollars also bring good money sometimes. The prices seem to vary widely on these depending on the demand at the moment.

I have about 25 different albums but would not pay that price. I may be crazy but I'm not insane.........yet.

I like them and look for them but somehow, I think as an investment, what is in them remains more important

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
