Not true, Softparade is the originator of a"Stick a fork in the" thread Idea. He did so in 2006, so all is fair in Sox/Yankee banter.
I sincerely want to tip my hat to Bernie Williams and Paul Oneal in recent memory of past Yankee greats, I always had a great deal of respect for those guys as they played the game the way it should be played.

Secondly, your above comment is seriously lacking good judgment. True enough, I started those wonderful "Put a fork in the Red Sox threads" of yester year BUT like one poster already mentioned, THAT thread exists for Sox fans this year.
Yankee fans did not have lame, bush league, come out of the woodwork, fans only because we have recently won like the nutbag who started this thread. The STICK A FORK IN THE YANKEES thread was already alive and well. This thread is a newbie Sox fan feeling the need to climb on top of his soap box and yell.
