Please Grade My 1809 Bust Half

Guys/Gals, I'm stuck between what to call the grade on this piece. The image is old therefore the grainyness, but I think the detail still holds for you all to give your opinions.

I would say that F-15 would be a consensus grade although these always come weakly struck in the centers and therefore it does have claims to a VF grade.

Successful BST transactions with Coinboy and Wondercoin.
At first when I saw the obverse I was thinking VG/F.
But then I turned it over and it had a lot of wing detail.
The consesus here seems to go to borderline VF-20, so that's what I will stick with.
