Help on Scans!?

need help with scanning cards, or should i say digital camera cards?, i notice all the nice cards on ebay in which the cards are crystal clear and decent size, im not sure how to get the same effect. any help would suffice! thanks

Hard to get great shots with most cameras.

Scanners are cheap, and better for cards.
