PR93-Planchet flaw.

So I get this grade on a coin and am wondering why won't the grade the coin...I have seen numerous PCGS coins with Lamination on the holder...why would they not grade mine???

Anybody have any insight into this?

    Sure, you have to pay for it. It costs more that the standard fee.
