Chocolate brown and a truly exquisite example of this truly exquisite design.
Only the faintest whisper of any rub at all on the highest point, and if that weren't a bit lighter color, it would go unnoticed and this would be an UNC.
I personally guarantee this one will knock your socks off and you won't believe you got it for eight bucks. $8.00.

FRENCH INDO-CHINA: 20 cents, 1941-S, VF20.
KM23a.2, copper-nickel. 2007 cat. $1.00 VF.
Medium grey-brown toning. If I don't sell this, maybe I'll give it to Don at worldcoingallery.com, because his example in the link is awful.
This one is OK. Struck at the San Francisco Mint, USA. $1.00. RESERVED: "b***s".

KM107, brass-plated steel. 2007 cat. $1.50 XF, $5.00 UNC.
I think these are overvalued in Krause, so take this one for less than XF price.
It has one very subtle, small spot/stain on the obverse but is decent, with luster beneath the toning. $1.00.

GERMANY (FEDERAL REPUBLIC- WEST GERMANY): 10 pfennig, 1950-G, AU50.
KM108, brass-plated steel. 2007 cat. $1.00 XF, $8.00 UNC.

I guess you could call this XF, if you wanted. It's close, and they're hard to grade.

KM845, bronze. 2007 cat. $10.00 XF, $40.00 UNC.
Light red-brown with gorgeous semi-iridescent orange target toning on the obverse. The color almost looks too good to be true.
I cannot swear it is 100% original, but it might be. It looks original on the reverse. The obverse peripheral toning makes
this piece really stunning when held at a certain angle to the light. Maybe it was from an old cleaning or maybe it's just natural album toning,
but either way, this coin is really attractive. $12.00.

GREAT BRITAIN: 1 penny, 1948, AU58.

KM813, .925 silver/.0420 oz. 2007 cat. $1.00 VF, $3.00 XF.
Dark original grey and attractive. Actually I am not sure this is a KM813 (.925 silver) or a KM813a (.500 silver), since 1920 was the
transitional year. I think it's .925, though. Catalog price is the same either way, and either way this coin should be easily worth $1.00. RESERVED: "d***8".

Looking to buy a 2007 MS69 Silver Britannia (I'll consider raw coins, PCGS, or NGC).
Please contact me if anyone's got one that has a good shot at the grade (or, better yet, is already graded).

    Thanks!

Beautiful rainbow toners. These were former ICCS MS65 coins that i slit out of their holders. (still have holders to include) Based on the perception (and generally reality) that ICCS is more strict than either PCGS or NGC, these are probably MS66 or higher. beautiful toning and choice coins.

    $ 20.00 each

Shipping within USA included. Payment by PayPal OK. Money back if not pleased. Offers considered. -Preussen

Prussia Thaler, 1866-A (Berlin mint) "regular" issue - scarcer than the commem of this year. White & Lustrous, NGC MS-64 (yes, that's a die crack on the lower reverse). $185.
    image

Prussia 1868-A Silber Groschen, Much more attractive than my crummy pics. NGC MS-67. $150.
    image

German 3rd Reich 2 Mark Proof, 1934-A. Scarce coin with great eye-appeal (IMO) but quite severely hairlined. $75.
    image

German post-WWII Allied Occupation issue 10 Pfennig (swastica removed & tail feathers restored) Scarce in this condition (the date is not weak, as the pic suggests). PCGS MS-64. $65.
    image

Prussia 1904 2 Mark Impaired Proof. Looks like someone was careless with this one image . Still an attractive piece (IMO) but with some rim cuts, some hits (including a long vertical hit in the obverse field behind the bust) & maybe just a hint of rub. An inexpensive Proof image . $75.
    image

Brandenburg 2/3 Thaler or Gulden, 1691-LCS (Berlin mint). Friedrich III (1688-1713), Elector of Brandenburg, and (as Friedrich I) King in Prussia (1701-1713). Strong AU details with much luster remaining in the protected areas. Some faint hairlines, as are common on these pieces. Coin is lighter than my pics indicate. Karl Stephens graded as "Lovely AU." Very scarce in this condition. $275.
    image

Prussia Thaler, 1771-A, Frederick the Great. Strong VF Thaler with luster in the protected areas, light adjustment marks and some bluish toning that my pics don't pick up. $125.
    image

Prussia 18 Kreuzer / Groschen, or call it a Tympf (your choice-all seem to be acceptable). Frederick the Great (1740-1786), Magdeburg mint, Seven-Year-War issue. Very scarce and attractive. Obverse adjustment marks. Karl Stephens called it "Choice VF" when I bought it. Unlisted in Krause; Neumann #320. $100.
    image

Prussia VI Kreuzer, 1756-B (Breslau mint). Friedrich the Great (1740-1786) Seven-Year-War issue. The coin is a very lustrous AU, lighter than my pics, with the typical striking weakness and minor planchet flaws. Quite scarce. (Listed under Silesia in Krause); Neumann #263. $75.

Saxony, AR Groschen, Frederick III "the Wise" with Johann and Georg. Early 1500's, ~29 mm, Saurma 4419.

Frederick III was the elector who protected Martin Luther from the Emperor during the early Reformation. Neat mid-size coin with a fascinating history. Just a little bit outside the scope of my 18th c. German States collection. $120 shipped within the U.S., or trade somewhere in that ballpark.

It's not a coin but I know there are a fair number of medal collectors out there.

Here's a really pretty 1824 General Lafayette medal, issued for Lafayette's return to America in 1824 on the invitation of President Monroe. Designed by Francois Caunois and produced in Paris. Weighs around 48g, a little over 46mm diameter. I tried to bring out the attractive blue green toning on the reverse but the pics don't really capture it. Has very nice surfaces and absolutely no problems that I can see. The date 1824 is on the truncation of the bust, not really captured in the pic, I can get an image of that if you'd like. The shot of the rim is to show that it is plain, I believe this shows that this is part of the original issue and not a restrike (that info from one of the Heritage links below).

Two of these medals sold in the Heritage Long Beach auction just this week, a raw example for $126 and an NGC MS62 for $150 (both include the buyers premium). Links to the auctions:

    http://coins.ha.com/common/view_item.php?Sale_No=1100&Lot_No=28940

I'm asking for $90 plus shipping at cost. Payment by any method you like. Will also consider trades. Since I have a low post count here I'd be happy to mail the medal before payment for review so long as you can supply references from other members.

Feel free to make me an offer!
I've had these for a couple years now. Both are 1965, Silver Austrian 50 & 10 Schiliings.
I bought them for their color, but I do not know much about them at all. They are .8000 silver.
They both are incredible looking proofs without blemish, nicks or scratches.
Asking $60 for the pair delivered. I'd like to sell them both together if possible. Otherwise, $35 & $25 seperately. Thanks!
