Just wondering if there are many out there since toning shouldn't affect grade.

What makes you think toning doesn't affect the grade?

    I do!
I have some PCGS MS70 2006-W fractional gold AGEs. A couple of 1/2 , 1/4 and 1/10th ouncers. I submitted four piece sets in sealed in the fed ex boxes. They all have deep golden/orange rim toning

My guess is the toning occured during the sonic sealing process in the slabbing room after they were graded.

I've seen a lot of toned ASEs in PCGS slabs, but not one graded MS70 (or 69); I believe Mr. Hall is mistaken.

I also have a 1/10 AGE MS70 2006-W with the same toning. All my 1/10 eagles are kept in the same place and only the 2006-W has developed any toning.

Especially if it's any significant amount of toning. BUT. . .I have gotten some modern proofs into NGC 70 holders with a *hint* of toning. I remember there was a hint of toning even when I handpicked them (so I know it didn't happen while it was in the holder) but I figured what the heck and sent them off anyway.
