Where would you guys go for the best price on Gold Buffalos?

There seems to be a premium on them and I'd like to pick up a $25 piece for under $450.

Any suggestions?

    This is the first time that fractionals are available in collector versions but not bullion versions. It limits the overall supply of fractionals and keeps prices high.

    Especially for the quarter-ounce coin, AKA "gold buffalo nickel". image

    A few days ago $450 didn't sound that far-fetched.

    Now $550 is starting to look good!

    I am going to have to pick up a couple of the fractionals. They just look too awesome not to have any. I have a first year 1oz Unc, but the smaller sizes have always sounded like a good idea. Probably sooner rather than later would be good advice.

    Half oz. still available from the Mint at $539.95.

    My favorite is the quarter ounce, looks just like a gold buffalo nickel!
