Don't think it was Mad Magazine.
I think I remember getting something like that in an issue of Dynamite or one of those mags we used to get in grade school
pretty cool

Ok Thanks, I'll look into that. I'll look into Highlights as well. The stats on the back go to '79
The "Ben Dover" caught my eye.

I think Highlights would be a little too young
Just remembered another name - Bananas - that's the one I'm thinking it may have come from

I was thinking the same on Highlights. I'll try Bananas as well. Thanks again.

Ha
I was just searching for Dynamite magazine - thinking of that name brought back some great memories - and found this video - the whole thing is interesting but pay attention at 5:50 - 6:00. He mentions the "punch out baseball cards"
Remembering Dynamite magazine

Thank You !!!
I think he's the guy to ask !
The 1982 issue has--
Sixto Lezcano,
Bruce Sutter,
Leon Roberts,
Ken Oberkfell,
Lary Sorensen
Tommy John
But another seller with the same issue lists these players-
EXPOS / DAVE PALMER
EXPOS / JERRY WHITE
EXPOS / STEVE ROGERS
DODGERS/ REGGIE SMITH
A'S / RICK LANGFORD
TIGERS / RICK PETERS
And it appears the 1979 issue has these pretty cool cards-
The hunt continues.....later. Time to go home.
