Do you guys wish you still had Joe Torre?
I'm not saying this season would've been different, but I'm more or less just intrigued about what the thoughts of "Yankee Universe" are a season after the decision to part ways was made.

All in all I was happy with Girardi, and put the team's failure to capture a post-season berth on a multitude of injuries and inept pitching.
I do wish the Yankees never treated Torre the way they did—he was sent off to LA with an insult in hand.
He was already the highest paid manager in baseball.
Not sure I buy that (insult) Even though Joe took it as one.
I have no idea if the season would have been different regardless of who was the MGR.
13 straight Post seasons sooner or later that has to end.

BINGO. I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 13 seasons. Joe Torre has nothing to do with the equation. He was a great manager, perhaps one of the top three the Yankees have ever had. Change is inevitable and onward we go.
