Evidently you didn't watch Hard Knocks. Jerry said he wanted a stadium the size of his ego. I don't know how else you could interpret his reasoning. He went how he bought the team with his last dollars, took a gamble, led them to Super Bowl wins, not only did he own the team he ran it and was a big part in its success.

He is full of it. Jimmy Johnson was the reason for the superbowl wins. Jimmy built it. He ran the draft room. He did it all, that's why the team was so great.

Jerry was / is only the monkey with the money that bought what they needed . How many superbowls have they won since Jimmy was fired? One! That win was only a product of Jimmy's left over players.

Jerry has not done squat since he fired the best coach that team has ever had. The amount of titles they would have had if Jimmy was left alone to do his job would have scary.

HBO had a piece on Dallas and Yanks new stadiums. It was unreal how much ticket prices went up. The common fan will have to take out a loan to get decent seats.
