Why is it SO difficult to upload pics now?

I have the worst time trying to upload pictures since the rollout of V2. Has anyone else been having problems? I am SO frustrated...

    If you're just talking about uploading on this forum I also had problems. I had used Imageshack without any problems until recently. Now I use Photobucket and it has worked so far.

    Everytime I try to upload photos, the site is always down, seems to happen alot on the weekends.
