If it looks like a rookie and smells like a rookie...

it probably is a rookie!

  • If it looks like a second rate quarterback and throws for 160 yards like a second rate quarterback, then it must be Brian Griese.

    Sincerely,
    Teams with real quarterbacks

Matt Ryan who threw for 158 yards, as a rookie

Believe me, when McNadd starts throwing it to the other team all game long, you will be wishing you had a second stringer who
can lead his team to victory..of course we have a real RB like Graham and you guys have nothing. Just beat the Cowgirls and then
    you can talk!

Um, I'm not an Eagle fan or anything, but does Brian Westbrook ring a bell?

Would love to have JS in my fantasy football league...we love GMs who don't have a clue when it comes to talent, LOL!

grote....check your program book...its 2008 and Graham is blowing away Westbrook.

Let me guess did you pick Marshall Faulk this year in the first round in your league?

    LMAO

    Ditto.

Also, saw Graham play high school ball in Lee County, FL. He was slow then too. Sorry, but he was playing special teams last year and had languished there for several years. Maybe a few carries a game.

    BTW -

    After the first game.

Westbrook, Brian CAR 19 YDS 91 AVG 4.8 TDS 1

Graham, Earnest CAR 10 YDS 91 AVG 9.1 TDS 0

    Blown away, my butt.

Graham is also splitting carries with Dunn...Westbrook isn't, but if he can put up 120 yards one TD and a game winner against the Cowboys
    Ill shut up.

    Wrong again.

The Eagles rushed 32 times in the first game. Three other backs split 13 runs.

The Bucs ran 20 running plays in the first game.

    BUCS OFFERED GARCIA TO NINERS
Posted by Mike Florio on September 14, 2008, 7:15 a.m.

The team where quarterback Jeff Garcia first made his name in the NFL had a chance to re-acquire his services this week.

    But they passed.

John Czarnecki of FOXSports.com reports that the Buccaneers offered Garcia via trade to San Fran. We reported generally on Thursday that the Bucs are shopping Garcia.

Strangely, however, we learned that as of Thursday the Bucs hadn’t called the team that would be the most obvious fit for Garcia, the Vikings.

Perhaps coach Jon Gruden doesn’t want Garcia to land on a team where he’d possibly make an instant impact, especially since the Vikings and Bucs get together on November 16.

The mentality is a common one in the NFL. The last thing that a coach who has given up on a player wants or needs is to see the player playing well for someone else.
  • You're obsession with proving JS wrong is kinda creepy.

    Go Bucs!
  • It's a concerted effort.

    You'll get used to it.

Try the Jags, you'll have better luck.

Alright, keep doin what you've gotta do.image

Try the Jags? They're 0-2 and have to put tarps over multiple sections because they can't sell tickets. I'll stick with sold out Ray Jay.

Nobody really needs to do that.

My expectations for the Bucs just got a lot higher. Now I think they're a 4 - 12 team.

Stalin is wrong so many times, it's quite funny, actually.

Let's see how the Sucs do when they're not playing a league doormat like the falcons, LOL!

No offense, JS, but your word carries little weight here, LOL!

    That would be nice, though!

The bad thing about an Eagles v CowGirls matchup is that one of them has to win. At least some of your will be under the bed
come tomorrow night...and the rest of you can be figuring out if you are strong enough to win a ring this century!

Garcia was gone after the playoff loss last year!
