1971 Topps Thurman Munson SGC 96 = PSA ??

Any thoughts on what this SGC 96 would grade if it was crossed over to PSA? I’m a little concerned about the upper left corner on the back of the card.

PSA 8?
PSA 8.5?
PSA 9?
Evidence of Trim?

My guess would be PSA 8.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WOW, sweet card. It will only cross if you have the stones to crack it out. I suggest if you want a PSA 9 buy one, crossovers on cards of that price are more of a gamble than vintage wax rips.

Awesome card but it is very tough to tell with that scan. The black on black makes it very difficult. Looks to me like it has a very good shot at a 9.

card like that hard to come by.

i would honestly leave it in the holder.....

risk/reward too insane to even contemplate cracking.... assuming this is your plan.

Good point!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grading eye is not the best, but that is one great looking card..... I think if you are willing to submit the card multiple times you probably will get it slabbed a 9 eventually.
