7 days for Super Express

Well, I hadn't sent in a sub to PSA for quite some time (Probably 3-4 months). I used a form that I had laying around and sent a card in under super express (2 day turnaround) It took 7 days to grade. I called PSA today (about 6 weeks after getting the card back) to complain. I was told that these are only estimated times and are no longer guaranteed. I know that this topic has probably been discussed 100 times already, but if I pay $55 plus shipping to get a card graded in 2 days and it takes 7 days there is something wrong. PSA, get your act together!!!!

I think it would be an act of good faith if PSA either
A) refunded the difference between the service paid for and the actually service the turnaround time falls under; or
gave a few vouchers for the trouble.
