is there a price guide on graded cards or do you go by book value and multiply for grade. how does this work .example 59 frank robinson #435 list 30-50 dollars saw one graded and the guy was asking $295.00 why?

Yes, look at Ebay and see what that paticular graded card has sold in the past.
