Is it just me?

Or is this card completely miscut (currently on eBay)? The top third looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

i can definitely see what you're saying. ouch!! decently centered, the miscut kills it.

in fairness, the case itself is tilted in the picture, so it adds alot of angle

That's funny, I think I sold this card raw.

I saved my eBay descript. and photos of the front and back of card.

Anyway, I paid $80 for it at a local card shop (Lobo's) and flipped it real fast on eBay for a quick profit.

Here is what I wrote on the card, "I purchased this recently at a local card shop and was blinded by its nice edges and corners. The upper left corner has a little nick in it, but the others and especially the edges look really nice to me. The card does have a diamond tilt and I have provided a large scan below that accent this. Anyway, here it is."

I asked about this card on this board if someone wants to search for the thread.

It could be doctored (I will admit not being a grader) but it does look more like a diamond tilt to me. Both sides have a good angle, corners are not mint. I am surprized it got that grade though. When I bought the card it was in a top load which pretty much hit the tilt, so I felt I presented the card fair in resale, since I did not hide it.

I decided I didn't like the tilt so I parted with it.....although I have yet to replace it.

The SGC card does look better with the slab straight...

I don't think this is the "raw" card posted above either..

That's what we in the sportscard business call "crooked".

If it is not the same card, it shows that this type of tilt is common on the Bradshaw. Check the white border around Bradshaw, the corners of it with the edge of the card. Also, both cards have the same worse corner, the upper right.

Whenever I finish the more modern football rc's, I will work more on getting more of the 70s.

Edit to add: You are correct, top to bottom shows it clearly. I just instantly thought of this card because of the tilt and the corner. Hope I didn't offend anyone in sharing the other images.

The first give away it's not the same card is the top to bottom centering.... the "Terry Bradshaw" on the raw card is much closer to the top edge than the graded one.. There's many more differences as well..
