Copies on ebay and TPG

There was a thread about copies on ebay several days ago. It aslo talked about why all TPG weren't allowed on ebay. How did this one get on ebay? #140265526487 (Some help me with a link.) It's a copy in a NNL holder.

    He self slabs coins.

Also he is probably within the rules because he doesn't talk about the grade or slab.

Tooling through the 3c piece listings last night, I'll bet almost 20% the listings were replicas. They were being sold as such, with "replica" in the title, but it annoys me that eBay allows ANY replica listings to be put in the real coin categories. This is bad on the Roman Imperial category, too. Flooded with replicas, to the point where they get in the way of a search. There is a separate replica category, and I think eBay should make the sellers of replicas use that category, and none other. Grrr.
