An upgrade from Ebay

I posted this over at the currency forum - which is primarily US interest - so thought there might actually be more interest here.
A nice Latvian upgrade I just received from Germany. With only a couple of dozen basic country types, I've been a serious collector of Latvian state and city notes for some time, moving into serial number block letter about 5-6 years ago. But, there are still have plenty to go or upgrade. Older notes from Latvia - and from what I understand most of eastern Europe - have skyrocketed in price over the last 10 years as the $ weakened and as the local economies grow stronger fueling collector interest. The late 1990s and early "aughts" were probably a once in a lifetime buyers dream. At least I was able to get many of them, incuding most of the key notes, before prices started to go up!

FOR SALE Items
I paid $200 for it, its close to an AU. That's 3-4 times what I paid for common blocks in nice grade in the late 90s. Some blocks sell for much, much more, others less. First really nice Latvian that I've added since this Spring.
