Set registry ?'s

How long does it take for a set to appear in the registry? I added a set last Thursday and for some reason it does not appear on the list anywhere. According to the rankings it should be #3.

What happens if I enter a cert # that is already registered to another set and the previous owner does not remove it? This question is for a CU member who has not removed 2 cards from his set.

Plus, I retired a set about 6 months ago but it is still there. I have also deleted the inventory. How do I get rid of it?

If the set in question is already established it should show up right away.
Your second question is if the person won't remove it you will have to send PSA scans of the front and back of the cards and they will take care of it.
Question #3. When you retire a set it should stay on the all-time finest list but should not be on the current finest list.
You may have to email them if you still have questions.

It should show up immediatly. Double check to make sure that the "Published?" check box is checked (located at the top of your set when you're in "edit" mode.

If the previous owner won't remove it, you will end up having to fax a picture of your card to PSA and they'll remove it for you.

If it's in the all time top 5 and past a certain completion percentage (can't remember what that is), it'll stick around until it gets out-ranked by 5 other sets.

Ususally they appear right away but maybe there's as issue with the system

It'll notify you that it's registered to someone else and give you th option to have PSA send them a Please Delete Email. If they don't reply you have to scan the front and back of your card and email the setregistry@psacard.com people

If you just retired it, it won't delete. You would have had to just delete it. I think you can ask PSA to remove it for you at the same setregistry email address.

    Hope all is well B.
