1973 OPC Hockey Dark Backs. ???

Somebody told me these were harder to find, especially in Nm/Mint or better. Was wondering if this is true because i have a 1973 set i picked up when i bought that collection i was talking about in another thread and it has around 70 percent or more in dark backs.
The first cards from # 1 to # 132 are all dark backs and from there it alternates. I do notice that the cut is alot rougher on the dark backs but the set is still Nm/Mint or better throughout. I also see that PSA does not recognize this ??? Not sure why ? Maybe they will now since they are starting to recognize other variations.
Yes this set is available. Just had to add that !! lol
Thx, Steve

I just went through my set, but did not notice and dark backs? Can you explain what to look for?
I notice some that had darker black fonts, but they just looked to be printed better.

According to the yearly Beckett it says cards were printed on cream and gray card stock. It does not say if one was printed more than the other.

P.S what are you looking for on the 1973 opc set?
Thx Steve
