FR2 seems to be the grade I would give it and I hope it isn't graded higher than AG3.

I just have to say that I don't know the seller or the coin, just was looking at some ebay auctions of low grade certified 21 Walkers to get an idea on how to grade this date coin, seeing that the date seems to be a problem area. I was kind of thinking this was in the Fair-2 category to maybe AG-3 category myself- with the help of a clear 21 in date, but overall very weak details and what looks to be a past cleaning (just my opinion). Anyways here it is- slabbed Good-4 is the grade given to it by....guess who-auction link

totally overgraded but might not matter a whole lot in the "real" mkt for that coin!

That's an AG-3 at best, possibly cleaned, and a good candidate for the grading guarantee.
