Prestige Proof Sets-Help ???

I have three complete sets of original mint packaged Prestige Proof Sets for all the years the Mint issued them. Can anyone give me the ballpark values of each year.

Thanks

  • Now deduct 30% from that and that is close to what you will actually be able to sell them for.

Taken with a grain of salt......ripoff seller in NN has the who series for $1139.
So, unless yours are exceptional (ie....super high grade or toned), likely to get somewhere south of that.
You can look at ebay prices as well.

I don't think PCGS prices are good to look at, in this case, if yours are raw.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • Thanks guys.

Wayne, just spend the $13 or so for the CDN package and you'll have a very realistic price to expect when selling Proof/Mint sets and other Mint products. dealers at shows/shops generally pay anywhere from 10-20 back of CDN bid on that type of stuff. you can get more selling at the BST or eBay, but that'll be very time consuming. as for the PCGS price guide, it is full-retail which is very hopeful. i usually expect 60% of what they list, but it's a good "guide" in a pinch.

    go with the Greysheet.
