IDK what it is either...I just thaught it may be worth something because of the Masonic Counterstamp

Looks like a worn-out George V British halfpenny with a Masonic counterstamp.
Dunno what it is worth, but I would guesstimate about three bucks, tops, for the coolness factor of the counterstamp.

k, thanks....didn't expect it to be worth much..only paid $1 for it. I thaught it was kinda cool..my first ever counterstamp

I see masonic counterstamps very frequently at coin shows. $1 certainly is a fair price.

dollar is def fair, too bad you cant make out whats underneath it
try some differnet lighting and magnifications and u may be able to find some legend or date eventually
