2008 Dates Missing in Some World Registry Sets

Some World Registry Sets have not had the 2008 coins added. Is this automatic later in the year or is it necessary to request this be done?

    Do you mean you can't add a 2008 coin to your set or that is says:

    "*These items are optional and not calculated in the grade or the percent completion of the set."

    If it is the later these become required for set completion near the end of the year.

    The dates that comprise some world sets only go up to 2007. 2008 has not yet been included. I was questioning if this was typical.

    I was told by BJ that on Chinese Panda's anyway they are added the next year. That is to say 2008 coins aren't added until 2009.
