New submission question

I haven't submitted any cards or had a paid membership in about 3 years. I just renewed. Can I go ahead and send in a submission or do I actually have to wait for the nice little package from PSA?

I'm sure it's available instantly. Just try to print out a sub form and you will have your answer.

I can print out a submission form but I got an email stating I would get my goodies in the mail. Not really concerned about the free submissions. Just want to send off some stuff before I change my mind.
