97 Stadium Club baseball question

I picked up a large bunch of cards last week, going through them I found a stack of 97 Stadium Club, some of them have the player names on a blue ribbon with silver lettering and some of them have the names on red ribbon with gold lettering, are these two different sets?

No, each card varies. 1st Day Issues I believe have a refractor style foil to them, but they also say 1st day issue.

edit to say...just looked it up, they didn't do "1st Day Issues" that year, they called the parallel set "Matrix" but the whole card had a foil layer and it was stamped with the logo. The regular cards had either a red/gold or blue/silver banner, no foil.
