2009 Krause

I just got mine... 1901 - 2000........paper book and on DVD. I have copied the DVD to my laptop and only did a fast overview.

I think I am going to like this on my laptop a LOT. I am pretty sure I will buy the othe DVD versions.

Anyone else have any experience using it like this?

  • I had the book plus DVD for a few months.

I use th book everday and only used the files copied on to my computer twice.

It takes seconds to look it up on the book and even with a shortcut it takes too long to find the same info on my desktop.

I bought the book/DVD a couple of months ago and I have not yet taken the DVD out of the back of the book. I guess I am old fashoned, but I like pages in a book and don't mind killing a few more trees.image

Bought mine on Amazon.com - I'm having more fun than one should be allowed. I need the 2009 21st century version and a 19th century edition (only available on the 3-DVD set with the 2008 edition). If anyone has the 19th century Krause on DVD, PM me.

I understand that Michael but I travel away from home from 5 to 14 days at a time. The books are just to much to drag around.
