WTF Ebay?

I'll admit I don't sell on Ebay much, but since when did they take away my ability to leave a negative for a NPB, and what exactly does this accomplish?
I might as well bend over and stick a bullseye on my anu5 if that's the way it's going to be.

I need you to search this forum for the favorite team thread. There are only two Royals picks right now, and much like life, we are down at the bottom.

I've been at the Leiascards School of Illiteracy so I can understand why you would ask that after the first line in my post was "I'll admit I don't sell on Ebay much..."
<< <i>I got a negative this week for a lot of 6 Ozzie Newsome cards. I was literally told, if I gave them an extra 6 I would not get a negative....well, I got a negative. Its the only game in town.....but I don't have to like it anymore. >>
Did you report that Ebay to Ebay. You will be able to get that neg removed if it is phrased like that. I got a neutral removed for similar reasons. Buyer never got the item I had another and asked him if he wanted the card or the refund. He said if he did not get both there would be negative consequences.

It was only the biggest story here, and on just about every other message board as well as many newssites when it was announced in February.

I don't think eBay gives a rat's butt. I do imagine I could spent an hour or two and get it taken care of, but then the wacko, could just do it again or get one of his friends. I think this is what eBay wants. They want to make it hard to get credit for non-paid auctions, to fight screwed up buyers, to et al.
I use to do $4-5,000 a month on an average month and six digits on a good month. I had a major fraudulent thing happen to me and eBay told me to go screw myself. I was like, I paid you $1700 in fees this month....they were like, so. Now, I am just going to roll with the punches and eventually, get knocked off the floor.
All I know now is I don't want to rock any boat, because the effect could be worst on me then the cause, and I hope for the best.

Don't you mean that you did 5 digits in a good month? For some reason, I'm having a hard time thinking that you were cracking $100,000/mo and only paying $1700 in eBay fees...

<< <i>All it takes is a simple email. Then you block him and if he uses another account or a friends account you can get him suspended for unwelcome bidding. >>
I had a rival harass me for years, I blocked him 7-8 times, reported him dozens of times, and every time, all he had to say is "I didn't understand." I had a legal friend write him a letter and he finally stopped....with no help of eBay. I truly believe they don't care and it is not worth wasting my energy on. I do a fraction of the sales I use to, for much of the same reasons....I think they would care even less now. eBay has one thing on it's mind, money. Everything I have seen the last six months makes me believe this even more.
Another thing that annoys me, is how I am suppose to explain my side in like 50 characters. Usually you can't and anything you write looks like an excuse. Sad to say, because of this, I will usually write something like, "Sorry about that, contacting buyer...trying to work on it." I think to a future buyer, that looks better then any defense I could write with 12 words.
