Question on 1895 Indian Cent

I don't collect these but have been going through some old boxes I had in storage and found this Indian. Is this the norm for an 1895? Note the blundered 8 and 9.

One of the Indian cent specialists will know, and there will be an S-number involved, I'm sure. (Snow variety number.) Rick Snow himself might even chime in.
