1958 Topps Football Sub

I am getting ready to send in approx 150 1958 Topps Football cards to PSA. I know that the 58 and 59 cards have the rub backs and that PSA will dock you for having them scratched. None of the cards I am sending in are scratched but some have faded to where you can see the scratch back. My question is does PSA view these faded backs as being scratched?

Also can you request that PSA issues no qualifiers? And if so how do you do that?

Any info and inputs are appreciated.

for no qualifiers, i always write it on the side of the form "VERY LARGE".
